About Me

My photo
Southern Highlands, NSW
Welcome to my world. I am a young Shi Tzu puppy who lives in considerable comfort at Lynwood Farm with THEM. I’m fascinated by the way people live - in the rooms they build, the gardens they plant, the treasures they collect and the comfort they create. THEY give me the complete run of the house, so I will be able to show you lots of pictures of life at Lynwood.

Whoops, I've been caught !

I get up onto the dining table when they are not watching, it can be a bit slippery on the books but the taller the piles of books the better the view up the drive.
Don't worry about my feet on the tablecloth - it always gets changed - she has a good supply from Pigott's Store.

The trouble is, sometimes I can't get down without some help.

Of course Bella is such a goodie two-shoes. She's no help.

If I turn away maybe SHE will go away .

  1. With such a lovely array of books on the table, I don't blame you, Bumble, for jumping up there. I would too!

  2. These are hilarious photos! Our dining room table is often piled high with books, too. I've been mad for Indian print tablecloths lately (bought an armload of them recently to add to the collection I've built over the years). A recommendation -- consider ordering protective book jacket covers (the cellophane ones used in libraries) for your vintage books (such as the Vogue one), I found mine on line and have been gradually covering the paper covers of my vintage design/decorating/entertaining/society books with them. They come in all sizes, and protect the fragile paper jackets perfectly!! Happy New Year -- Reggie
